How do I sign up for your health coaching courses?
Feel free to sign up via the website or by contacting me on Facebook. Once your purchase has been completed I will contact you to book in your first session.
The courses you offer look amazing but are out of my price range, do you offer different payment options?
Please feel free to contact me via email: email@example.com or via Facebook to discuss payment plans/ options. My aim is not to break the bank and love to make my program as affordable as possible. (payment plans only available for courses not for listed stock).
I have purchased using bank deposit option what happens now?
Please deposit money into account as soon as possible into bank account 12-3163-0123527-50. Stock will only be held for you for 2 working days until payment clears. If you haven’t made contact within this time period stock will no longer be held for you. Any payment received after this time will be refunded or kept in credit for when stock becomes available after discussion.
I been tricked by websites saying they are in NZ but are actually Australia, where are you?
We are 100% New Zealand owned and operated any stock listed in stock we have here in New Zealand so will have your order to you as soon as the courier can get it to you.
Unfortunately we cannot uphold refunds after stock has been sent. We will however honor the consumer guarantees act.
All of our courses are non refundable and you are liable for the complete balance once you have agreed to start the course.
